If you are interested in an agent that will allow a choosy buyer to wait on the market and pricing, then Muffy is the best agent you can hope for. We took roughly a year to buy a home in a tough Carlsbad market, higher cost of living. Muffy steadily sent us properties to view and viewed them with us.
